Getting started
- Sign in with Apple, Google, email, or continue as a guest. Guest data stays on your device and in a private cloud account until you sign in.
- Add a task with the + button. Type naturally (“Pay rent every month on the 1st p1 #Home”) or tap the microphone and say it (“Remind me to call Sam tomorrow at 5pm”).
- Notes live in the Notes tab. Link notes with
[[double brackets]]and tag with#tags; open Graph view to see how ideas connect. - Projects have a Tasks view and a Plan view (status, dates, team, phases, risks).
Common questions
My tasks don’t appear on another device. Sign in with the same account on both devices. Check Settings → Sync shows “All changes synced”; changes made offline sync when you’re back online.
Voice input doesn’t start. Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for ClearMind in the iPhone Settings app, and make sure you’re online.
Reminders don’t arrive. Allow notifications for ClearMind in Settings, and check Settings → Reminders & notifications inside the app.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all of its data. See account deletion.
